SRT - Situation Reaction Test in SSB Interview

What Is Situation Reaction [SRT]? In Situation Reaction Test, 60 situations are given to the candidates in the form of a printed booklet. Time given for the Situation Reaction Test is 30 minutes. In short, candidates are required to write their responses based on the 60 situations given on the booklet in 30 mins. The time limit makes this test challenging and helps the psychologist to test the candidates in the best way. Mostly there are many confusing or tricky situations which are intentionally included in this test. They are meant to dig out your innate character and mental strength to react under extreme situations to which you will be exposed as an Officer.
