SDT- Self Description Test in SSB Interview
What is Self Description Test? It is the last test of Psychology series. This test gives an idea to the Psychologist regarding how deep the candidate has knowledge about him, weather he knows his Qualities and Shortcomings or not. In this test candidates are given 15 minutes and asked to write 5 different paragraphs describing as to 1.what his/her parents think of him/her, 2.what does the teacher/employer think 3.what do friends and colleagues think, and 4.what does he think of himself 5.what kind of person he would like to become or what improvements he wants to bring in himself/herself.
